Cashify Diagnostic

Mobile Diagnostic app developed specially for customers selling their devices to Cashify to diagnose their smartphones anywhere, anytime. The app examines the phone’s health and gives the diagnostic report.

The App is used by our technician at the time of device pickup to evaluate the customer’s smartphone automatically with minimal input, providing the user with an accurate and assured selling price.

List of tests vary as per the devices. Basic tests include:

1. Screen : Touch Screen Test
2. Sound : Speakers, Microphone, Headphones
3. Connectivity : WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS
4. Hardware : Vibrate, Proximity Sensor, Charger
5. Camera : Front Camera, Back Camera
