When you press the button on your Lively Wearable, you will speak to a highly-trained 5Star Agent through your smartphone. Agents can send you any kind of help you need, whether you are locked out of your house or need medical attention.

When the Lively Wearable is worn around your neck the included lanyard and you have selected the Ultimate Health & Safety plan, Fall Detection will automatically notify agents when a fall is detected.

The GreatCall Link app allows you to stay connected with friends and family. Those you invite can download the app on their smartphone and be notified when you contact 5Star Urgent Response Service.
