The app is generally good, but you can't customize anything internally. There's big blocky views of playlists that you just have to live with, because you can't change the views at all. It also doesn't have the option to change the colours, so I hope you love orange and white. Finally, there are some versions of songs that have terrible sound, like back in the Napster days when it was a crapshoot for quality.

Does not work! It used to work fine for me from a couple of years ago up until a couple of months ago. Now as of May 2020, it will play two songs and then the sound will no longer come from the Bluetooth speaker. It's not the speaker. It works fine with any other app that I use. The Google Play app now shows that there is a song playing, but there is no sound. The app shows that it is searching or trying to connect. It has nothing to with my connection. It's the Google Play app.

One of the best music player options around. And one of the only good options to add your own music. I will end my subscription if everything is switched to the horrible Youtube Music App, which is also not available for Android TV. Google never stands behind their services. Everything is only temporary! It makes no sense to use any of there services going forward because of this.

I have a Pixel, so this is the music player that comes with my phone. And it's hideous, it's a barely-concealed advertisement for buying more music and terrible for actually listening to or organizing music you already own. The UI is awful: it's nearly impossible to create a playlist because when you click on the options for a song, half the time it thinks you're trying to use the slider to move elsewhere in your music list. Then once you have a playlist, Google randomly deletes it.
